Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Supreme Baker Hub. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Payment is required at the time of order placement for most services.

Custom Orders

Custom cake orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice. A deposit may be required for large orders. Changes to custom orders must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take precautions, our facility processes wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and other common allergens.
